Your letter dated 16/02/2008
Ladies and Gentlemen,
In your last letter dated 16/02/2008, you reminded me that exemption from the license fees for my account fees expires on 31.03.2008. You asked me if the reason for the exemption still present.
I would like to announce that the reason for the exemption is still present. The stated reason that I have learned to completely unnecessary laborious "Durchfragerei" at the Association for Employment in Landshut. Since I'm suffering from a malignant brain tumor, you can assume that the (presumably) will remain so, unless you now plug in the cure.
Although it will not interest you, the "slaves of the system". Unfortunately, I can do, despite my work will not, because I will always certify I was unable to work.

Unfortunately, people are cruel to such nightmares capable as the one that Germany at the beginning of the 20th Century "dream" has. Adding after re-reading: If you want me to be of unsound mind - go ahead. While I have a hole in the brain (in the literal sense), but I can not think very well.
